Registration fees

No registration fees.

Lodging expenses (hotel and food) are waived for CNRS employees, thanks to the support of the Formation Permanente of CNRS.

In addition and thanks to the financial support of PNPS, of PCMI, of ASA, and AS SKA-LOFAR lodging expenses (about 300 euros) can also be waived for some other researchers and PhD students. If you would like to apply for such a financial support, please mention it in the registration form and send a request by mail at ees2016(at)sciencesconf.org.

If you ask for a financial support for the board and lodging expenses, in order to examine your application we will need the following information:

- If you are a PhD or a Master student :
A short letter from your PhD supervisor confirming that he/she supports your demand and that your laboratory will pay for your travel expenses as well as for other expenses (other than board and lodging).

- If you are a Post-Doc researcher:
A short CV and a few words explaining why the school interests your research activities.

Send us this information by mail (ees2016(at)sciencesconf.org) as soon as possible and no later than the 30th of June.

Note that we do not offer travel support. CNRS employees must contact their "Délégation Régionale" for travel expenses, and other participants should ask support to their host institution. PhD students should ask for support to their Ecole Doctorale.
